We endeavour to give the highest standards of service at all times. If you are ever unhappy with the service you have received we will be keen to help resolve any problems.
We are members of the NICEIC ensuring that our customers benefit from the high standards they required by membership. If, in the unlikely event, that you have any concerns about our work, this organisation will investigate the concerns on your behalf, at our expense. The NICEIC also run an insurance backed warranty scheme to cover losses in the event of a contractor business going bankrupt. Approval through the NICEIC requires that we carry £2m Public Liability.
Fortunately you do not have to be knowledgeable about electricity to enjoy its benefits. If you require explanation in “lay” terms about any aspect of our work please feel free to ask.
